Escape Tools is provided to participating escape-room businesses to assist with team-result administration, customer photo delivery and authorised social-media publishing.
Each business is responsible for the accuracy of information it submits, obtaining appropriate permission to photograph customers and obtaining any consent required before publishing photographs publicly or sending customer communications.
Google, Facebook and Instagram integrations depend on third-party APIs and permissions. Availability can change and connections may occasionally require reauthorisation.
Businesses must protect administrator credentials and installation keys and notify the Escape Tools operator if they believe a credential has been compromised.
The service must not be used to publish unlawful content, impersonate another business, send unsolicited bulk email or access accounts without authority.
The service is provided subject to maintenance and third-party availability. Additional commercial terms may apply to paid subscriptions or managed deployments.
